My mobile Office: Brooklyn, NYC

I'm getting used to working in all kinds of places. Today, it's at Sit and Wonder in Prospect Heights in Brooklyn. A lovely coffee shop around the corner from where I'm staying this week.

My Mobile Office: Cecilie's flat in London

Cecilie snapped this painting-like picture last night. We had a saturday night in; I was writing, she was playing her ukulele and Bob were making mussels and we were all drinking Prosecco.

My mobile Office: Deborah's House in Lençois

I've been sitting in this quite spot working for a few days. No internet, but still, you get some stuff done. Thank you Deborah, for inviting me into your home! Check out the home-made "paper-flowers" that Deborah made for Sophia's birthday.

Coffee Collective - My Mobile Office

Here, at the wonderful Coffee Collective, is where I've had my "office" for the past few days. My cousin Anne-Stine works there a few times a week, and they make splendid coffee. They've been world champions etc. Mmmm

My Mobile Office: Kantiang Bay, Ko Tao, Thailand

Sometimes you've got to do a little bit of work. We found wireless, and got cracking. Here I am, early this morning, in our 'new' office.

A day at Torgerstuen Cafe - in my mobile office

As mentioned, this month my work days are nomadic, cause of lack of office-space. We've found our new space though, and we're taking it over in october. Until then, Cafe Torgerstuen is one of my "offices". It is my local cafe, just down the road from my flat, and basically serves as my living-room.

I brought my "assistant" Ingvild Telle there, and she has taken the nice pix. She's now in New York on holiday - lucky girl :)

A day at the library - in my mobile office

I have no office space these days, as I've moved from where I used to sit for the past two years. I now have grand plans to find the perfect space, together with a few other independently working inspiring people - one is an illustrator, one is an animator, etc etc. So these days we're trawling the streets looking for a studio space to fall in love with.
Until then, my work-life if pretty nomadic. I'm testing different coffee places, try to concentrate at home or go to the library. Which I did the other day.

The library at Grunerløkka is from the 1920'ish, and has beautiful furniture. It's a treat to sit there. I'm a fan of libraries - the ambiance and the fact that it's all for free. Check out my chair for the day :)
