DJ-performance with Marte Krogh

A couple of weeks ago, Marte Krogh and I performed at a summer party at a roof terrace in Oslo.

I flew in this morning, am dj'ing tonight, and heading back to Oslo tomorrow.

A DJ on a Roof Top

The other day I DJ'ed at the Gina Tricot press day for their new collection. It was sunny and windy up on the roof top at Emil & Samuel. It was a super nice event with great food and drinks. And after this, I ran off to work at Pecha Kucha for the rest of the evening.

Ahh, I miss playing around and having fun with my dear dear cousin AnneStine! It's been a looong time since we have DJ'ed together. I'm looking through old pix and here's a fashion spread from Dagbladet FEDAG that we were in 3 years ago. Performing at Nåløyet Fashion Award with Marte Krogh

Marte and I have collaborated quite a few times now... she plays the violin and I DJ and it's a pretty cool and unexpected combination. With a lot of girl-power!! This time we performed just before Oslo Fashion Week, at the fashion award ceremony called Nåløyet. I just received the film from the evening, which was produced by HENNE fashion magazine, and here are some stills! Juhuuu!

A DJ dressed in all Red

On monday I DJ'ed at the launch of Oriflame cosmetic's new product line. It was my birthday that day, and I dressed in all red for the occasion. I'm 30 now; a WOMAN :) It feels like a new era is about to begin and I love it.

Performing tonight - with Marte Krogh - at the Nåløyet Fashion Award

I'm dj'ing while marte plays the violin. It's hot stuff. We'll both be wearing short sparkly vintage sequined dresses. Ta ta, we're ready for a fun fashion night.

My young-cool-fashionista-friend Jonas stopped by. He has this blog! It was right before I was off to Thailand and the Burma-boarder. Quote Jonas: "Burma is very HOT these days! Very NOW!" ... Priceless :)

Playing Records at Weekday in-store party Today!

About a year ago Weekday and Monki opened in Oslo. That made lot's of people happy. Including me, I played at the launch. It's lways fun to play. Today it's a laid back daytime event. And I even got to pick out some free clothes. Juhu!
