This is my friend Andrea in her new flat in East Village. Lovely place, lovely area! She moved in a week ago, so the other night we had our take-away dumpling-dinner on her floor. We're pretty damn excited.

Cement Tiles

My friends Lasse & Joachim import these fantastic cement tiles from Spain. They're office is in a charming old building in Oslo! Do check them out. We might have some of them in our new apartment, but we're not sure which ones yet....

Nordic Sound at Vega, Cph

We went to see Nordic Sound, a concert with lots of different Nordic singers/band, last week. Among them was Susanne Sundfør and it was absolutely beautiful. It was my danish friend Kiss who invited us, as she had done the installation work for the event. Here are some images of her work in progress, "borrowed" from the Vega website.

Far-far's Tiles open Showroom Today

My 30th Birthday Party!

Yesterday I had lots of my friends here at Flaskebekk (Nesodden) where I'm staying this summer. I'm not in a state of writing in great length today, but it was LOVELY! And the balloon's... well I worked on that for a while :) The next post will be about them!
